I rencently downloaded this payment method like 4 hours or 5 ago and it was really easy to implement, webmoney merchant system could be a bit confusing since its not fully translated to my language and it request like 2 times the passtport for different things but once you complete verification the rest is really easy as just follow the manual provided by the developers and upload it/install to your community suite, and the best its free

Used it on my self hosted before switching to cloud, it was a good small app if you want to have everything even more cleaner.
