Всем привет. Загорелось мне создать ресурс для хранения и прослушивания аудио книг, историй, ужастиков и т.д может у кого есть опыт в реализации данной задумки ? с поддержкой видео 

можно ли реализовать это на IPS ? поделитесь знаниями и опытом 

с хранением материала проблем нет так как сервер мой личный и памяти я спокойно докуплю )
